Pendants are sold on their own: ie chains are NOT supplied or sold.

In the obvious case of the setting not being secure enough and leading to the breaking of the stone/setting, a replacement may be considered. Again, due to the fragile nature of many crystals it is not possible to guarantee against breakage of most natures, but I will certainly try to accommodate all queries, and for me, if the customer is happy then I am happy. Bottom line.

Please note that the colour of the crystals and gems one sees from the images on the website may vary slightly to the colour of the actual pendant. This is due to the nature of how different computer monitors “interpret” colour. One must remember that a picture is taken of the original piece using a high quality digital camera – that image is then transferred to a PC which uploads it on to the website. You then view that image via your monitor, which translates the image to its own standard. As I say, colours may vary slightly.

Crystals can be fragile and whilst the utmost care is taken in the process of setting, there is no guarantee that the piece may not break. In the case of a customer supplying their own stones for setting, this serves as a disclaimer in that event.
